We stayed here for 2 nights and this place was very unhygienic and unclean. 1. The floor was not mopped or vacuumed. 2. Table was unclean. Full of sticky dust. We had to clean it ourselves to even eat food on it. 3. We couldn't even use the work chair because it was dirty beyond cleanable and also damaged. 4. The condition of the house did not match the pictures. 5. I saw a rat around 1 am under my bed. This makes the place very unhygienic. 6. The bathroom sink and bathtub both were clogged. It took more than 15 minutes for the bathtub water to drain after shower. Even the sink was clogged and took 2-3 minutes to drain. This place is in dire need of maintenance and regular deep cleaning after a guest leaves. I would recommend look for other places in the vicinity.

My sister and I booked this place for work in NYC - this was the most affordable option we could find for 11 nights. Pros: The host was communicative and sent instructions with pictures for check in. Host was responsive - we needed cutlery for takeout; the airbnb had plastic bowls and cups, but no forks. I messaged the host and she got us some plastic utensils within 15 minutes. Wifi worked fine. TVs in both rooms. 7-11 close by. Cons: Microwave wasn't working - I messaged and host said she would send someone out but didn't (I fixed it eventually) Heater stopped working - it only heated one of the rooms at a time leaving the other freezing. No trash can (except for a tiny one in the smaller room) Furniture is falling apart - one of the closet doors in the smaller room was just missing a door, and the drawers that held the plastic bowls were falling out. The room w/ double beds is really small The host was really nice, but I don't think it was worth the $2260

For a 1 night stay just 20 mins west of Manhattan, Rosanna’s location was ideal. Despite a high traffic area, several free parking options were available, the rooms were right inside the main door and we had easy access the whole time. Perfect for a small family of 2-3-4 needing a quick overnight.
