Don’t bother booking. The clerk couldn’t figure out how to check me in. Told me to go have dinner somewhere and then maybe she’d be able to figure it out. Nope!

Bad...Wi fi wasn't connecting, A/C system wasn't working and TV not working properly. Front desk kept giving verbal instructions over the phone and gave attitude when had to come to our room. These things should have been checked before we checked in. It probably would be better to just get a regular room in this hotel and hope for better service

This hotel is a total gem in Winchester! Do not hesitate to stay. They have ALL the amenities and really go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! Garry coordinates setting up the stay and then you check in directly!

It's a hotel but a clean, updated and spacious room. No complaints. Easy parking. Polite staff. Okay breakfast. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.
