Where do I start?! sweetwater bay is your perfect escape that won't break the bank. Its not really a BNB per se but rather a boutique hotel that has amenities to die for. The host was very responsive and accomodating and the staff was top notch! Oh and did I mention that the chef was unworldly. Must visit!

Staying at the Sweetwater Bay was the highlight of our trip to Tobermory. It’s so peaceful and Ashley is extremely helpful - they’ve thought of every detail. The room was beautiful and the location is perfect, we loved swimming in the bay just off the patio. I would recommend this to anyone, we’ll definitely be back!

My Husband and I stayed at SweetWater Bay for our Elopement and Honeymoon. The location is unmatched to anything else we had found within the Tobermory/Bruce Penninsula area and the food is incredible as well! Ashley had constant communication with us leading up to our stay and during - she was always available if we needed anything. We had originally planned to do our ceremony at Little Cove Beach down the road but she was kind enough to offer to use their private dock and the view was absolutely spectacular and had made our day that much more intimate and stress-free. The staff were so kind and friendly, they made the place feel like Home away-from-Home and were constantly going above and beyond and made our stay that much more memorable! We had stayed in the Flowerpot Suite and it was spacious and cozy. Our bed was very comfortable, we had access to a fridge, jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, robes, shampoo/conditioner, towels (both bath & pool), Nespresso machine and an all inclusive gourmet breakfast. The photos of the location really don't do it justice. We're very excited to return!

Our stay at Sweet Water Bay was wonderful. We stayed in the Flowerpot Suite, which is the unit on the end of the building. There is no view of the water, but it feels a little more secluded than the other units, with views of the forest path and the local rabbits. It's a two floor unit and had great amenities in our room. The food was fantastic - everything is made with real ingredients and someone who knows what they're doing. Love having breakfast included when it tastes like that! Booking a dinner is well worth it. There's a pool / fountain with chairs, nice to sit out there when the sun is out (and the beaches are packed), but do be warned the water is refreshing! There's a path down to the bay where there are multiple seating areas - no access to a walk out water area, but has wonderful sunset views. Also has access to the Bruce trail - which is a great little hike up to Tobermory! Would definitely recommend!

A real hidden gem! Beautiful location, with tons of spaces to enjoy, sit and relax on the balconies, or by the pool, and there’s also a private “mini grotto” at the back on the stunning Georgian Bay! The restaurant is fantastic, serving some the the best food in Tobermory! The chef is very accommodating & staff all super friendly! We loved the inclusion of bath robes & a bath bomb for the tub!
