Great place on the way from Boston to Jay Peak! She is really responsive, I was driving up in a snowstorm and asking her about roads and such and she knew the area well. The house is nice! It was easy to find with her instructions and she even drove out and left tracks for us to get up her driveway more easily. Easy to get the keys in the lock box and the room was clean and had extra blankets which is good because it was chilly outside! We only stayed for a few hours to sleep before heading out in the morning. We accidentally backed into the snow bank and got ourselves stuck [don't be like us!] and she was kind enough to bring us some sand, and she also came outside to give me something I forgot! we've been here before and we will return for a reasonably priced stay within an hour to Jay!

Kay is a delightful person and an amazing host! She would go above and beyond to make her guests feel at home, I enjoyed my time so much at this place. It is a truly hidden gem, accessible to nearby stores with a river right across the house. The house itself was affordable, spotless and beautiful. I will definitely be going back very soon :)
