Perfect little get away. Easy to get to with the instructions Barbara provided. Had everything we needed in the hut. Bed was super comfy too. The hut itself was very well kept, clean and super cosy. The outside area was also very well kept. Everything was supplied for the hot tub, plenty of wood and firefighters etc. It is very easy to get hot within a couple of hours if you follow the instructions properly. The area was great, we took our dog for a walk along the locks which was very peaceful and everyone around was super friendly. Would definitely stay again

We just spent the weekend here and it was absolutely lovely, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The shepherds hut was clean and layed out lovely. The shower and toilet were absolutely spotless. We didn't use the hot tub in the end as we couldn't get the fire to stay lit (even with hexy and lighter fluid 😂) however, the fire in the shepherds hut warmed the place absolutely amazingly and it was so toasty. There are two bbq's available there and we had a lovely bbq on the Saturday night out on the patio furniture. On the Friday night, we walked down to the Leigh Arms and the Riverside pub and had a lovely walk back by moonlight by the river back to the hut. We had an absolutely amazing time ❤️.

Great stay here, prompt and clear instructions. Plenty of wood provide for Hot tub a well.
