We spent the Thanksgiving holiday here with three families. There was plenty of room and it never felt crowded. Beautiful place to stay.

Upon arrival to the house I couldn’t get into the gate, it took me about 20 minutes to figure out that the code was included with the agreement that was sent to me after booking. I reached out by text and phone with no answer/reply. I later found out that the host was away on vacation so I don’t fault him for lack of communication there. Once we pulled up to the home, we noticed two trash bins in the driveway spilling over with bags of trash everywhere along with beer carton boxes on the ground, the smell was horrible. Once inside the home, we were taken aback by the size and beauty of the place, it really is a beautiful set up and the space was perfect! While walking around we couldn’t help but notice the unusually large amounts of drain flies or fruit flies in the home. We thought the previous guests maybe had a party or left food out during their stay so we decided to just kill as many as we could that night and relax. Well the next morning while making my coffee, I noticed there were about 20-30 new drain flies in the sink so I decided to remedy the situation that day by buying raid spray, traps and poured bleach down the drain. I tried to let the host know but again, he was away and didn’t get my message until later. Towards the end of the trip there were less drain flies but still enough to be a nuisance. The house was so nice despite this issue and we needed to spend a couple more days in town so I reached out to the host on our last day. He granted the extension with no problem and addressed the fly issue so hopefully the next guest won’t have to worry about it. All in all we enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor area with the patio and view of the relaxing pond. The clubhouse was really nice and the people were super friendly there as well. This home is close to everything, restaurants and outlets are within 10 minutes. I recommend this home to anyone with a large family or family gathering since it was so spacious and accommodating. We came with our growing family (we brought our kids and grandkids- total of 6 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 infant) to Delaware and found that this home was perfect for all of us...The location is great, and the Coastal Community is extremely family friendly! We highly recommend this home for others to enjoy!

Great location, perfect for families with big and small children. House was spacious, clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and plenty of space to spread out if anyone needs some private time. Beach is very close a very short drive and parking was readily available for the beach and very reasonable. Pool area was great and never overly crowded. Highly recommend this place.
