Street Parking The Coastal Club Community limits the number of passenger vehicles that each home can park on the street to two (2) vehicles.  You will find two (2) Coastal Club Parking Placards in your home upon your arrival.  A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.   Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community.  Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities.  Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts.  During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant.   Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products.
