Very clean, thought it was less than 2 years old for sure. Everything was great. Gas grill was a bit low btu but indoors gas range was more than strong enough for anything else.

My family of 4 came for one night and booked this past minute. Beds were comfortable but a little tight for 4 people sleeping and moving around the limited spaces around furniture and the narrow hallway. Closer to a spruced up camper than a house. We loved all the little extra touches like water bottles in the fridge and fresh cookies from a local bakery. The area was super cute and we checked out some great breweries in the area and caught some great live bands.

A nicely done rehabbed trailer tucked in the trees - it felt like camping with the comforts of home. Very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and small, but serviceable kitchen. The kids loved this place and were ready to move in full-time! The location was close to Livingston Manor and the state parks. Great spot and excellent hosts. Thank you!
