The best experience I have ever had in an Airbnb (which is ironic since my previous booking of a different property on the same island was my worst.) It is a little house of totally unique charm. Right on the water it feels like staying in a boat - you can see the sea out of every window and hear the waves lapping against the rocks below. Far more than just a rental property, this is a much loved home with beautiful ceramics and a host of personal touches. That personal touch extends to Berid and Paris’ approach to communication before and during the stay: flexible, responsive, generous, attentive. If you book some time here, you will return home relaxed, revitalised and refreshed. It is perfect.

Het is ons derde verblijf in het boothuisje. Het verblijf is fantastisch. We werden wakker en gingen slapen met het zacht kabbelen van de zee. Het huis heeft alle comfort en vaak kookten we zelf, want er bestaat eigenlijk geen betere lokatie dan eten op het terras. De bakkerij op 50 meter bakt elke dag lekker vers zuurdesembrood en de geur van gebakken brood kunnen we s morgens ruiken tot bij het huis. Er is airco maar niet nodig door de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de zee. Los van het feit dat het boothuis de beste woning is van de gehele Egeïsche zee (objectief gezien) is het eiland Sifnos een parel met prachtige uitgestippelde wandelingen , prachtige stranden en schattige dorpjes.

Berid and Paris's place is a true gem one would never want to leave. We spent a month there, enjoying every breakfast and every sunset on the terrace. Our one-year-old daughter learned the word "sea" there and kept repeating it, pointing at the endless blue surrounding the house. The space is beautiful and stylish, combining the charm of Cycladic architecture and decoration with all the comfort one may want. Its location right on the rocks, two steps from the water, makes this place completely unique. Berid and Paris were fantastic hosts, very generous and careful, friendly, .and easy to reach. We already look forward to being back next year!

The location is amazing, and the personal touches nade it so special. it was a great base to explore the island but we were happy to just stay put. The food on Sifnos is outstanding and we had many great meals in the local tavernas.
