We had a large family gathering and everyone felt right at home. The main house was a great gathering place and there are plenty of beds for the kids. Beautiful area within walking distance to water. Close to Elephant Rock and many more places to seek some outdoor adventure. The highlight was the host, we had a large group and Jay was extremely accommodating for us. This place was perfect for our weekend. I would highly recommend!

Jay was excellent to work with, had a group of 24 for a float trip and he never stopped working with our ever changing group. Had several issue pop up and he went above and beyond to help. Wish we could have stayed longer. The outside showers was the best part of the stay. Very neat place for a large group, everyone had their own space.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! It exceeded all expectations. The perfect combination of camping and being at home in the outdoors! Tucked away off the path but with everything you could need to stay on the property and have an awesome time away from home. My church group and I went here for the weekend and there was a perfect community area for us to enjoy outside at night and then even when it rained there was enough space for us to hangout inside. Jay went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The airstreams are amazing! Such a comfortable sleep in any of the living areas as well. We are already planning our next return.

“Where did you find this place?!” - everyone on the trip when they got there and explored the property This place is amazing! Tons of space, an open air shower with hot water in the campers overlooking the property. Had 10 guys with plenty of space and a giant commercial kitchen to cook/eat. Massive entertainment space. Great place to disconnect and hang out. Cabin was super clean as were their airstreams. Coffee makers, giant speaker, bags, 2 ovens, 2 giant fridges in commercial kitchen area. Perfect for hosting large gatherings. Bbq pits as far as the eyes could see. Everything was new/clean. I’ve seen places like this that are supposed to be “different” and are just gross. This has all the quirks with modern amenities. Don’t get me wrong there are spiders and bugs in all the barns, outdoor areas, it’s still a farm…just a clean farm. Would recommend 10/10 times. Jay was an amazing host, was cutting the grass for extra area for us to explore when we got there, told us all about the area and where to (and not to) hike. We knew he was on the property(20+ acres), but saw him maybe 10-15 minutes each day in the morning and let us do our own thing while also being very helpful when needed.
