Great stay, didn't have certain kitchen supplies we asked for, so for a longer stay like ours - you'll need to buy your own cheese grater/spatula etc. They came to clean once/week and there were plenty of linens. Parking was alright, had to pay for parking most days as the allocated spots for hotel guests kept getting taken. Great location, right on the high street, so it worked for us very well.

Well equipped convenient location, close to shops and transport, very quiet, always had a good night's sleep, comfortable, close to a lovely park, numerous pubs, cafes, takeaways and restaurants. A good base for exploring Northumberland and Scotland.

Excellent place for a longer stay for a very reasonable time. The kitchen equipment is very basic but usable and the personnel is extremely nice. Roomservice also comes by once a week to clean and do bedding. It is in a quiet environment with a number of stores close by. It does take a while to get to anywhere else though (Newcastle takes 30 mins by bus) as it is quite far from the metrostation. When I mentioned I needed a desk one was very quickly provided for me. So very nice and private place and very suitable for a long stay.

The apartment is exactly as I expected it to be, but it was a little bit dusty and the kitchen things like glasses and plates needed to be washed before I used them. Apart from that it's a great little place to stay and I would recommend it.
