This spacious self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting of a living room, a large double bedroom, a large bathroom with bath and separate shower, small kitchen and use of the garden. The bathroom, which is exclusively yours during your stay, has an easy to use shower with a power spray and constant hot water. Although we don't allow smoking in the property, the living room accesses straight onto the garden so it is well suited for smokers. The mattress is very comfortable and the sheets are always clean and fresh. The living room has an oversized radiator so is usually very warm. The entire space is clean, clutter free and smells fresh. There are thick blackout curtains to ensure the light does not disturb your sleep.

A lovely one bed ground-floor flat within a stones throw of Newcastle City Centre. Nicely furnished and an easy to settle into space. An admittedly longer than usual entry process, but definitely nothing to be put-off by. I'd absolutely stay again, and reccomend it to anyone else looking to stay near to Newcastle, but not wanting the city centre bustle.
Very nice location and an idea base to visit the north east. Spacious accommodation, very clean and tidy. Ideal place for our 2 dogs with an enclosed back garden. Car parking was no problem. Would happily return in the future. Thank you Lisa.
This place was east to find and in a good location - lots if things to do nearby. The house was very clean with lots of little extras such as toiletries, tea and coffee etc

The property is set in a quiet family orientated residential part of Gosforth. We are located close to the A1, Newcastle Racecourse and The Grand Hotel, Gosforth. There are some beautiful walks nearby in the parklands of Great Park for those who want to take in the local scenery.
Our place is best suited for those travelling by car, due to it being not very well serviced by public transport. There is a bus which stops very close to the property hourly during usual working hours, however for travel during the evening or on Sundays, it is a 15 - 20 minute walk to nearby metro stations or well serviced bus stops.
There are no corner shops in close vicinity however, by car you can easily access a small Asda garage, large Morrisons, large Tescos, large Asda which are all within a 10 minute drive from the property.
There are a huge number of amenities in and around Gosforth including numerous golf courses, a thriving high street with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. The Northumbrian Piper is a bar which is a 15 minute walk from the property and the Onestop shop is the closest shop. Kingston Park is a good sized retail park which is only a ten minute drive from the property, whereas Newcastle City Centre and Gateshead Metrocentre can both be reached by car within 20 minutes.
This listing is best suited to visitors that have their own car/transport or intend to use taxis etc. It is not well connected to public transport.
