Nicola’s flat is beautifully designed and imprinted with her taste and artwork - just like the pictures. Great location, easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants whilst feeling very quiet. Interesting chats in the morning over a coffee and very kindly let me leave my luggage after checkout so I could wonder around before my train time without carrying a backpack. Thanks Nicola for a lovely stay!

Truly the best airbnb experience! Nicola is an incredible host, very welcoming, kind, and great company. Her home is as beautiful in real life and on the photos (if not more!), the bed is extremely comfortable and even taking a shower is a great experience. I ended up in St Leonards by chance but hope to be back and stay with Nicola again!

Firstly the photos don’t do it justice. This little corner of the world that Nicola has carved out is truly special and she is an exemplary host. It’s by far one of - if not the nicest Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. I wasn’t sure what to expect renting a room in someone’s place instead of a whole apartment. However given that on this trip I was travelling solo it provided the perfect combination of what came to feel like sharing with a very thoughtful & well organised flatmate, whilst also very much having your own time and space to relax. When it comes to her home and your room, Nicola has thought of every detail and there’s a real feeling of tranquility combined with real creativity. The whole place is also spotlessly clean. If she recommends a foodie place - you know it’s gonna be good! Nicola was very kind & accommodating when I decided to stay an extra couple of nights. Finally a shout out to Ralph the gorgeous ginger cat which for me was an added bonus :)

To stay at Nicolas beautiful home felt more like staying at a friends place. The room and the rest of the house look even better than on the pictures. Nicola gave me plenty of useful informations about the surroundings and made sure that I had everything I needed to have a pleasant time there. I would definitely go back again. Next time probably longer than just two nights. This was the perfect ending of my england trip.
