The area is well served by bars, restaurants and cafes and it’s a short walk to the main town centre area and the business district, as well as ideally located for the main transport links (train, bus and coach depots and A14). The apartment has huge amounts of natural light and benefits from a large terrace and wrap around balcony off the living area, as well as further two balconies on the lower floor - so there is plenty of outdoor space from which to soak up the fabulous views. It has been furnished to a very high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. This bedroom has a balcony overlooking the waterfront and blackout curtains to the dual aspect windows. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside units with lamps, drawer unit and hanging rail, and blackout curtains. The third bedroom has two twin beds, bedside unit and lamp, wardrobe and drawer units, and blackout curtains. The main family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, basin and heated towel rail. Welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. The apartment also has a separate study/office complete with desk, chair, shelving unit and it's own balcony with waterfront view. The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors. The apartment comes with one parking space in the secure 'stacker system' car park. The building has manned onsite caretaker/concierge during normal office hours and CCTV in public areas. Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment. We had an amazing stay. The views are beyond wonderful! It is such super accommodation and everything feels very clean and looked after. I would really recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at The Apartment. The apartment was incredibly clean and modern with very comfortable and stylish bedrooms. The apartment is super high up with amazing views overlooking the marina with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Martin was incredibly helpful and was always at hand to answer any questions we had. The outside terrace is private and so was great for hanging out on or eating outside. The private stacker system parking meant the car was super secure. Leave yourself an extra 5 minutes to get the car out of the car park though. Would go back in a heartbeat!

There'll be no arriving outside a property and not being able to contact the owner to get access. You won't find the previous guests half eaten food in the fridge. You will have clean, fresh bedding and towels. I am contactable 24 hours a day in emergencies, and operate a Virtual Concierge service via a very popular messaging app for routine matters. All of my properties are of a high quality, and suited to calm, pleasant people, who will respect my property, their neighbours and local community. If you're here to cause a nuisance to others or party then do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. I do random spot checks to ensure that there is no smoking or illegal activity happening in my properties. Whether you're here for business or leisure, I probably have a place to suit you and your budget. Whether it will be available is another matter though - I enjoy a very high occupancy rate - well over 90% to date - due to offering good quality and service. I'm Ipswich born and bred, and can happily tell you the best places to eat, drink and be merry! Life motto? The best things in life aren't things!
