Host were great but the WiFi wasn’t the greatest and had a few spiders and centipedes. Internet service went down a few times but the host always came around to fix it. Don’t recommend if you need to have internet service to be able to use for business. I unfortunately was able to hear the next door neighbors because of the thin walls and pretty sure vice versa. The host provided enough kitchen amenities but unfortunately no washer and dryer. Although the host and property managers were very nice and accommodating. I would rate the place a 7.8 out of 10 considering the Airbnb fees.
It was a very nice and clean place
We stayed in for a month, it’s was very comfortable, this place is attacked to main house, and still feels very private, a very good isolation, we never heard people from other side of the house. Supper safe neighborhood, and just few min walking distance a very pretty park that we walked every day, also kids playground in the park. We would recommend this place ))) thank You )))
Nice, peaceful area to stay while working in the area. Perfect setup for once person. Great communication.

The best part about Redding is you can walk, ride, or drive with ease. Driving and parking is easy in Redding. There is never any traffic and parking is free just about everywhere.
