Lovely stay had by all. Slight issue on arrival was sorted immediately by the amazing housekeepers Leigh-Ann and Gill. Massive thank you to them both for their instant response and thoughtfulness!
Great place for a large Family - 3 Generations
Spacious Space for 6 Families and kids. Especially massage chair and Hot Spa. Backyard space is very good on photos but is not well maintained at all. Cleaning wise- One of the bathroom was not cleaned well. There is no Bedsheets, Bathroom towels, Bathroom gels, Firewood’s and no flea spray on site. If someone planning to stay here, better to bring with you 😊. Check in time was 3pm that was on time . But you need to wait until 10.30pm to get your beds and toilet ready to use -waited so long for caregivers to make it done. Otherwise you need to bring a caregiver with you. Always make sure about the service you met what you have paid.
Beautiful home. Perfect for our large family. We spent most of our time in the games room. Lots to do and had everything you needed. Highly recommend this place
Our stay was a blend of charm and areas needing improvement. The highlights included a well-equipped kitchen, a responsive and friendly owner, and a delightful hobby farm with chickens, sheep, pigs, and llamas. However, the cleanliness fell short of expectations. The hot tub, showers, and outdoor furniture were neglected, and the mosquito nets were ineffective, leading to an uncomfortably warm house. The A/C was confined to the kitchen, making the bedrooms hot. Encountering cockroaches and dealing with carpets that emitted a strong odor due to their age were significant drawbacks. Additionally, the limited towels and uncomfortable pillows were minor yet noticeable issues. Given the price, which implies a luxury accommodation, the state of the home was underwhelming. The farm's allure was undeniable, but the overall maintenance and cleanliness did not live up to the premium price. We hope our feedback encourages improvements, making future stays as enchanting as the property is.
