The home was just as described. Super clean and plenty of extra tools available, like baking supplies and recreation activities. My only regret is not taking more blankets and fire wood for our first night.

We stayed at this cabin in late March when it was snowing. The cabin is beautiful and in a great location, and we enjoyed our stay. A few things to be aware of, especially when staying in the winter: 1) Bring firewood. By the time we arrived there was enough snow that we didn't want to drive into town unless absolutely necessary, and unfortunately there was no firewood in or around the cabin that we could find. The thermostat was only able to keep the downstairs temperature in the mid 60s. 2) The heaters in the bedrooms create a not-so-subtle plastic odor, which was mentioned in the signs posted next to the remotes. We were able to mostly ignore it, but it wasn't great. The wall heater did an ok job of heating the room, but we also needed to use one of the space heaters to keep the bedroom comfortable. 3) Only one of the space heaters provided worked, which was ok for us since we didn't have any children or guests staying with us, but would have been pretty tough on a family.

This cabin was the perfect spot to relax! The trees gave a lot of privacy and it was beautiful. Hot tub was a huge plus also. Had all the amenities needed. It also snowed while we were there and the kids loved playing in the snow. Would for sure come here again and want to try it in the spring or summer, but recommend the winter.
