You can’t beat the location. The people in the condominium complex are very friendly and helpful. Nicki was a very good host. The unit was well equipped for our stay.

OK, so it's just a little place but everything worked and everything was comfortable. I remember a review where they complained about the bed, and it got fixed because it felt and looked new. What I want to rave about is the back deck! The sunrise is great, and even cooler was that I was able to watch several moon rises as it was going through the stages of a full moon. So fricken cool! At high tide, the water is literally 20 feet off the back of the deck. If you want to be close to the water, it doesn't get any better than this! Not only would I recommend, I will most likely be back next January!

The location was great, being right on the beach was awesome. The condo itself was clean and was well stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Nicki was also very nice, very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The condo itself is in need of some maintenance. The major issues for my wife and I is the bathtub needs to be replaced, it is rusty, peeling, and moldy along the caulking. Had we seen close up pictures of the tub, we would not have stayed here. The window in the bathtub also needs to be repaired or replaced. The mattress squeaked and was very noisy. When we laid in the bed we both sank towards the middle of the mattress. For 30 days we did not have a comfortable sleep. There are also some other minor issues that need some TLC. If the proper upkeep and maintenance were completed to the Condo, this would be a 5 star rental. As for us, with the state that the condo is in now, we will not be returning.

Nickis rental is right on the beach . Million dollar view and the beach is right outside the door . Neighbors are great and very helpful . Lots of places to eat within walking distance . The unit is very Floridian , run down and in need of TLC . Bathtub was rusty ,peeling , stained and mildew around the edges . Just a bit of time and energy would really help this unit out for happy renters . Certainly enjoyed our stay but it would of been nice if a little effort was put into the unit .
