Cottage as described. Road a bit noisy but quiet in back bedroom. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Nice walk in River Gardens also. Close by to drive to local areas.

Great little place to stay, so close to some beautiful spots and easy to locate. Parking was not a problem. Hosts were responsive and kind. Would love to stay again!

Lovely cottage with beautiful surroundings. Loved the welcome package as well. There was a binder with lots of useful information. The cottage had lots of entertainment available and a lot of amenities.

What a beautiful little cottage, so homely and warm, lovely and clean. The bath is amazing (nice deep bath) I want to live in it 😊(the cottage ,not the bath) I just love this cottage, lovely safe court yard garden, the River Gardens are pretty (just over the road ) ideal to walk my little dog🐾 and have a cuppa in the cafe, so many places to eat and drink,all in walking distance. Belper town is lovely,great selection of shops. The traffic lights outside didn't bother me at all, and the parking was literally over the road , I parked in the far corner past the food van, there are steps up to the pavement, cross over the road, and your "home" . Loved the log fire, so cosy. I will definitely stay again. Thank you Michael & Co 10/10 xx
