The host is amazing. The stay is beyond comfortable and convenient. The highway is minutes away. All stores are minutes away. The beach, the city, and activities range from 15-45 minutes distance, but the routes are simple and never too much traffic. The neighborhood is safe with parks and waterfronts to relax or enjoy the weather. The host, Melinda, communicates well in a timely manner and does all that she can to ensure all guests are accommodated, comfortable, and have the most enjoyable experience. The place looks exactly as photos show. I recommend her place for short & long term stays and would 100% book with her again. Thank you Ms. Melinda for such a great stay for the passed 4 months!

Ms. Melinda is the definition of a super host! She is accommodating, thoughtful, and she pays attention to details. She went above and beyond to ensure the space was like home. My stay was above my expectations. The space was welcoming, clean, and peaceful. Ms. Melinda, words cannot communicate how grateful I am to have had the privilege of meeting you. This accommodation itself was a dream come true. I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort throughout my entire stay. The bedroom was big with private bathroom was a luxury, an oasis of tranquility, creating a serene atmosphere that lead me into a peaceful sleep each night. Waking up to the soft rays of the sun streaming through the window, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the experience. I wish I could have stayed longer but whenever I want to spend my time in Florida, I will definitely love to book this place. Host Melinda is the kindest and lovely woman that I ever met. She is very responsive. She even extended to help me taking me to few shopping and dropping me to the airport since I didn´t had a car myself. The airport is so closeby which takes only 10 mins of travel from this location. I can recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the opportunity to write a review for this wonderful and blissful place.
