This is a great "starter" condo in a new subdivision with quiet neighbors on both sides. As others have noted, it has comfy, stylish, quality furnishings, and feels completely safe with sidewalks to a nearby center with grocery/coffee/restaurant amenities. In particular, the bed is a dream, the shower has lovely hot water, and if you have time to cook, the kitchen is full of fancy machines. To me, this felt very much like I was staying in the condo of a twenty-something niece or nephew while they were gone on vacation--so it still has personal belongings everywhere, and it is set up to meet a certain person's needs. If you want a space to spread out papers or would like a dish rack to dry a few dishes, it's easy enough to figure something out. If you can't find something that you need in the kitchen, check the dishwasher or text Angil. She most likely will respond right away and will do her best to be helpful. If you have cat allergies, ask about that in advance as it did appear that a cat is normally in the condo (but was not there while I was). I would also note that if you or your travel partner is mobility impaired, this is the most accessible Airbnb that I have seen. There are no steps to get into the condo, and the masterbath shower has an approximately 5 inch rim to step over with places to sit. If you would like to take advantage of the attached garage that is mentioned to shorten your walk, ask Angil in advance. In short, I thought the Colony Retreat was great and would stay there again, but for me on my stay, it did require a bit of a "go with the flow" attitude at times.

Decent place, no major complaints except that they have a pet cat which wasn’t disclosed beforehand. We have major allergies so this was a bit difficult to manage during our stay.

great for a quick work trip. had everything I needed and more to include a giant kitchen. very cost stylish airbnb and a wonderful host who is awesome at communicating. highly recommend!
