Herb's place was perfect for our trip to Virginia. The space was clean and welcoming, and the neighborhood was in a lovely quiet area only a short drive from Remington and Culpeper. Herb was very helpful and friendly when we communicated. This spot was exactly what we needed for our getaway trip!

Hi tech, new appliances, immaculately clean! Herb was very responsive to all my questions. This apartment was simply beautiful. We became ill with the flu and checked out two days early. Herb was extremely compassionate about it and even reimbursed us some of the expense, although we totally did not expect it. He restored my faith in humanity! We will be back in the area and will definitely check availability here first. Thank you, Herb for sharing your place.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the house was. It was very easy to locate and get into once I had the security code. Herb was very helpful and responded very quickly when I did reach out to him. There was only one thing I would suggest and that is to explain about the stairs going down to the room. It was well lit; the stairs were a bit steep. I would also recommend that you tell your guest that are staying in the upper rooms that the sound can be loud to those in the basement room.
