Host Julia was already easy to reach . Air conditioning in the studio worked well and was noiseless. Gardens around all condos are beautiful. But what a disappointment once in the studio ! Sliding door glass and threshold really dirty. The rattan furniture was not clean; actually it was sticky and old with white peeling paint; moreover, the 2 dining table chairs were mismatched. Interior decoration not nice at all and awfully mismatched. Rusty lamp base and worn-out dusty lampshades. Leaking toilet, some mats and bathroom towels stained with household bleach and some good for garbage. Door to the bathroom had brown dirty edges that I had to clean myself because it was too disgusting to touch. Housekeeper would cut corners and no dusting in 2 weeks. She cleaned the floor but never rinsed it, leaving it sticky and slippery. This place is hardly a 3 stars … too many irritants. We will not return.

Very nice accommodation, well situated for just about everything. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed, the housekeepers were superb and friendly. The bed was huge and comfortable. It was a joy to sit out on the terrace and admire the gardens and birds.

Julia’s studio is set 30 metres through lovingly maintained tropical gardens to a stunning beach close to all amenities of Holetown. No 2 is very comfortable with a high quality kitchen, comfortable beds and good linen. Michelle Tonya and Michael are a credit to Art Studios. The outdoor area is delightful with opportunities to feed sweet birds, see hummingbirds and green monkeys. Some nights you do hear the entertainment from nearby hotels. Julia is helpful, responsive and offers a lovely home to her guests. We hope to visit again- many thanks Debby & Tim

This sweet little condo complex (12 units in 3 buildings) is set in a nice garden just off the beach, and we loved being able to walk out and have a swim before breakfast. Julia's unit is just as pictured. The covered patio was pleasant to sit/eat on especially on the wet days. Art Studios has a friendly, neighbourly vibe and the staff were lovely. Location could not be better. We also recommend the Rock Net Grill at the end of the road.
