We stayed with two families and four kids and that worked very well. The two houses were exclusive, super modern, spacious and well- equipped. We found the place to be spotlessly clean and got fresh towels twice a week. The hosts were extremely welcoming (some food and wine in the Bridge upon arrival - we had a late flight and there was fresh pizza waiting for us !) and helpful with absolutely everything. Plakias is a great place to stay and the houses are very close to the beach, shopping facilities and shopping. We truly recommend the place and would not hesitate staying there again. We rented these houses with friends and could not have asked for nicer accommodations. The houses are comfortable and well appointed, with amazing amenities and views. You are within walking distance of a wonderful little bakery and large, uncrowded beach that is lined with a variety of restaurants. Maybe it was because we went in October, but Plakias feels like an undiscovered gem if you want to avoid large crowds. You are also not far from some really nice snorkeling. The owners of the homes are responsive and thoughtful. I would highly recommend renting one or both of these homes.
Eleni kept in daily touch with us. The property is magnificent and it's location is great- close to the beach and near a number of restaurants and bars on the main street along the beachfront. We were not wanting for anything more, especially with the uniqueness of two villas side by side and separate pools and kitchens. The quality of the furnishing, internet and appliances was top drawer. Great local food and people and thanks to Giorgous and Eleni for allowing us to share their beautiful home
