The house is a great location and has a fully stocked kitchen, just bring ingredients. However, there are some holes in the driveway that desperately need patching to avoid injury. The floors were dirty and I had to contact Mary to get the cleaners to come out again. There was a stain on the couch cushion that I cleaned with soap and water; bedding has stains. Then we noticed bugs. "Palmetto/water bugs" as Mary called them. "They're common" yes, but they are also still a type of roach that leaves dropping (which I found in our beach bag while unpacking at home) and could possibly bite. We found a total of 5 in the 3 days we stayed. The house desperately needs a new stove. We could not get a stock pot of water to boil for noodles. On the top floor balcony there are two openings, one where a piece is swinging and one where railing is MISSING. We blocked it off with chairs for my daughter. There's lots of rusty chairs and 2 broken rusty wagons on the bottom patio. The pictures don't match

This home is beautiful. The views were amazing and the host was responsive and courteous. We would definitely stay there again.
