This was our 5th year visiting APATB! Previous years we have stayed at the same privately owned condo but had to switch it up this year due to the week we needed being unavailable. I was very nervous to try a new place but Alisia’s condo did not disappoint. Our previous unit was a first floor condo and I was very nervous about a third floor one but the view was AMAZING! We would have loved to book the condo for next year but Alisia only owns the vacation week and the week for next year is a week later than what we need. That being said the condo is maintained by APATB’s cleaning staff and wasn’t as clean as our owner owned condo. Also I would suggest bringing your own sheets and comforters bc the ones provided were not the most comfortable. We did have an issue with the AC leaking water onto the carpet while we were there but maintenance was quick to respond and assured us the problem had been fixed (the unit was a great temperature and was not affected by the problem!).

Great location with fun amenities and the unit was comfortable; perfect for my husband, me, and our teenagers. Due to COVID housekeeping protocols, there weren't top comforters or blankets. Either bring yours or pick up from nearby store. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.
