This house was in a great location, especially if you want to dock a boat. The views from the back deck and the master bedroom can't be beat. From wild horses on the island across the water and dolphins swimming past the dock, it was peaceful and beautiful to sit out back. They provided plenty of towels and wash clothes and the kitchen has a good variety of cooking supplies and utensils. Our 2 dogs loved the fenced in yard.

The house and property were as advertised. I would like to suggest that the lack of basic supplies, e.g., toilet paper/paper products, soap/cleaning products, trash bags, and basic cooking spices is something that should be included. Even if this wasn't specified in the description, having these things in ready and good supply seems to be the current standard for property rentals like this. Having to immediately shop for these basics is a distraction and waste of valuable time, and for the price paid these should be supplied. While the location is great, the neighbors are very close and it was impossible not to see and hear the others renting the adjacent properties. No fault of this owner, but be aware that this is not a quiet and secluded location if that's what you're looking for, at least not on weekends during peak season.
