My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The place is just as described. The beds were very comfortable and the place was clean. We enjoyed everything this small town has to offer and would absolutely stay again!

Very cute, well- kept house! It was perfect for us, two couples, who were attending a wedding just down the street. Very clean and nicely decorated.

We have a relaxing holiday weekend at Captain Michelle’s place. We had all the amenities needed and the furnishings were comfortable. The location was perfect and the patio was a nice space to read, drink coffee,etc. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Beaufort area. We hope to stay again.

The owners are very responsive. However, I was looking forward to reading in the screened room/front entry and the furniture is always damp even when it is sunny. There was terrible weather and the screened room/front entry flooded twice. The second time I had no choice but to have water up to my ankles to get back into the house. Unfortunately, that was my only pair of sneakers, so it was a bummer. They came to clean out the water and add rock bags to stop the water after I contacted them. The house and kitchen are lovely. Very nicely decorated and simple. We were appreciative of all the towel sets, spices in the cabinet, welcoming note, and chocolates. It would be great if there were a bread knife and a newer large knife; but the Keurig, kettle, cabinet space, pots and pans, and baking sheets were perfect for the week!!! This is a great home for dogs and is pet-friendly. I would recommend going in the summer or non-rainy season to enjoy the porch and yard.
