Very disappointed that the house shows and describes you get the "whole house" which you do not! We did not have a master bathroom at all. We are also quite dismayed that the only other 2 bedrooms had twin beds. No very comfortable for couples at all. We loved the location and the ease of accessing the water for swimming. The house was great and furnished very nice once we got passed the disappointments of no master bath or access to the whole house as stated. Since we did not have a master bath or access to better sleeping arrangements, we did feel the house was over priced for our stay. However, we did enjoy the location, water views and portion of the house we did have access to and we would consider renting the house again. Just feel the owner should be aware of the disappointment they are creating for guest when they see the size of the home in photos just to arrive to find out you are not getting all you think you are paying for.

Beautiful home in Gloucester!!! BEWARE* listing says entire home, and that is not the case. you do not have access to the entire third-floor, you do not have access to the downstairs bedroom, you do not have access to the garage. The post is misleading. I called twice and spoke to spectrum properties and was only told that they would talk to the owner. Also, if you have small kids, there is a significant safety issue with missing railings on the second floor stairs. The cable railings on the back of the stairs are not secured properly, so you can easily open up the cable railings or a kid could climb on them and open them up. The sound is beautiful the location is beautiful and the sunsets are amazing. You can wait around in the sound and discover shells, little fish and other wildlife the home as well equipped with everything you need to cook.
