We had a wonderful time here. We had a one year old baby and grandparents with us. It was peaceful, but also in a great location with everything we needed I walking distance. everyone had a great time.

We had a great stay in April 2024. The place was fantastic. Air con in all the bedrooms, ensuite bathroom was good, kithcen was fine. The pool area was great and private to the property, with a decent size pool. It had patio area with outdoor dining area which was also good. There were one or two partments overlooking the pool, but we didn't see many people at all through the week. The location is also good. A short walk to the front with all the resturants and bars on the beach, but because you are a couple of rows back from the front, it's quite quiet. You get the best of both worlds. The only very small comment I would make is the owners could have communicated more. Maybe this isn't a bad thing. They just let us get on with it and we didn't hear from them apart from the code to get in. All in all, the place was great, location was good and it was good value for money. We would recommend.

Just left the villa after a lovely week away in Lanzarote with the family (two young children 4&10). The villa is exactly as described on the description & photos (in fact looks like they have updated a few bits from the photos). The pool & back garden area is HUGE! The photos do not do it justice!! Clean & comfortable throughout. The villa is located on a quiet area just 3/4mins walk from the busy main strip full of restaurants/bars & coffee shops. With a local supermarket within walking distance at the end of the road. We did hire a car & did a food shop at a local Aldi 5 min drive away but to be honest you don’t need to hire a car as you can get about so easily. There is a beach alcove 5 minute walk from the villa & main beach area 10 minutes walk. We honestly would recommend the villa to everyone! Host is contactable & friendly too. Perfect place to stay!! Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect, in close proximity to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.

We stayed for a few days in Villa Rosabella and it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space is huge and the pool was fantastic. Only 5 min walk to restaurants bars and the beach but still in a peaceful and relaxed location that seemed very safe and secure. Would definitely visit again if staying in Puerto del Carmen.
