El departamento es igual a las fotos. Todo nuevo, cómodo y con una gran vista. Lamentablemente, al llegar, notamos que no se encontraba en buenas condiciones de higiene, lo cual nos sorprendió ya que a la hora de solicitar un ingreso más temprano nos dijeron que el check in no era flexible dado que tenían que limpiar el departamento. Al encontrarnos con esta situación, nos comunicamos y rápidamente enviaron a alguien a limpiar. Y si bien esto solucionó de alguna forma el problema (solo se limpió el inodoro), no fue la situación más cómoda estar recién ingresado y tener a alguien limpiando dentro. El departamento es cómodo y bien equipado para una estadía corta. Recomendamos reforzar el tema de la limpieza, teniendo en cuenta el monto extra que se paga por la misma.

We really liked staying in this apartment, it was an easy 12 min walk from the train station and all in public areas, it was very safe. I love the location, it was 5 min walk to the lion statue, a grocery store and souvenir shops. It was 10 min walk to the river with lots of restaurants and shops. The bed was a little hard but was still comfortable. There is no AC but since it was May it wasn’t too hot. The washer and dryer were conveniently located down the hall from the apartment. There is no luggage storage before or after checkin or check out. The staff was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Lucerne

The Airbnb was extremely clean and very easy to access with clear instructions provided by the owner. The views from the balcony were great and everything we did was within walking distance or at least close to a bus stop. The only issue I had was that they were not able to provide any extra pillows. Other than that, everything was satisfactory and fantastic!

This is a wonderful place to stay in the central part of Luzern. We were able to walk to many restaurants and stores. At one time our door key was not working, and the host was able to show us how to reset it. We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our apartment.
