Our extended family of seven had a wonderful weekend in the cottage. Holt is a pretty village in a great location to explore Bath and surrounding areas. Great to have two pubs, a shop and the wonderful National Trust Court Gardens within walking distance. The house was a perfect size for our group where we weren't on top of each other, large rooms, comfortable, very clean and tidy. Gary had thought of all the little things that really amplified our stay, the welcome food package was a wonderful surprise and made us all feel really welcome. I recommend Gary's place to any large groups looking to escape to the country.

We really enjoyed our stay in Holt. The house was even nicer than the photos. It was very clean, comfortable and with an extremely well equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Easy and spacious for our group of 5 adults. We had a great meal in the village Inn too. Would stay again and highly recommend, thank you Gary.

Amazing - the property, the host, the welcome pack, everything! We had a fantastic weekend in this beautiful barn, it is spacious, extremely well equipped, warm and welcoming. We did not want to leave!

Our group of six friends really enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely property and suited our requirements. Comfortably furnished, homely and characterful in a quiet location. Also, well equipped. Holt is a nice little village and both pubs are worth visiting. A good location within a short drive of Bradford-on-Avon, Melksham and Trowbridge. The driveway parking was fairly tight for three vehicles, but doable and there was plenty of free parking on the street too. Gary proved to be a very responsive and helpful host. Would consider returning.

Spent a fabulous Bank Holiday weekend in the Old Coach House, Holt. A beautiful, well cared for property. We had everything we could need and more. Gary was very responsive to queries before our stay and left us with great memories after our stay. Plenty of room for 7 of us and comfortable too. Good location. Can't recommend any higher.
