Emily’s place was a central spot to check out many of the local areas. Her space is welcoming, peaceful and her dog Zoey adorable. We also took a cooking class where we ate with her and 5 of us the first night, enjoying the food and company. Her vegan and vegetarian cooking is delicious and I learned this way of cooking is easy, tasty and healthy. Her breakfast each day was awesome too! Emily had great restaurant options, antique shop recommendations and other area attractions for us to explore.

We were so delighted to stay with Emily (and Zoey!) again this year. She is a wonderful host and an amazing cook. Emily also gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try that we might not otherwise have thought of. We’ve never stayed somewhere more welcoming and comfortable. Every moment was utterly peaceful. Our next stay can’t come soon enough!

Emily was an absolute dream of a host - super helpful and friendly, flexible when we hit traffic on our way up, and a delight to talk to at breakfast. Breakfast was also a wonderful addition to the room and very delicious. The room itself was large and very comfortable. My husband and I would without a doubt stay with Emily again.

Emily’s home was so cozy, clean, and welcoming. I loved her pup, who sat with me while we ate the beautiful breakfast Emily made us every morning. She recommended so many antique shops + really made an effort to make sure we enjoyed the area. I would love to stay at her place again whenever we are back in the catskills!

We had a great comfortable stay. Our cooking class was fun and Emily was a great host. The Catskills area was fun to explore and we had a nice dinner locally right on the river.
