Couldn’t find a better location - it’s a 5 minute walk to the state park! Rooms were very comfortable and each one had a nice bathroom. Yvonne is a wonderful host!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is really cute, the location in Berkeley Springs couldn't be better for walking into town, and the sheets on our bed were the softest I have ever slept on! When we got home last night, the first thing my husband said after we crawled into bed was "I really liked those sheets at the Airbnb". Yvonne And James were easy to communicate with and quickly responded when I asked a question. If you aren't a frequent Airbnb user, just remember that the text messages you see on your phone are just an alert to the message through the Airbnb website messaging system. I kept forgetting that! Also, be sure to follow Yvonne's directions about parking exactly because parking spots are very specific because of the others house that are rented in the area. We kinda messed up, getting there after dark, etc., but it all turned out okay and everyone was really nice.

Brookside Manor was the perfect place for our long weekend in Berkeley Springs. We loved how walkable everything was from the Manor (hot springs, downtown, etc) and appreciated the host’s recommendations for places to visit. The beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend.
