A great place to spend some time with the family including dogs. Lynne was always on hand for anything and helpful throughout. Would recommend to stay and would not hesitate to come back.

Lynne has been an absolutely amazing Host, all instructions were clear and was communicated well before we reached there. The place was very clean Ideal for family with kids as I had a 18 month old and 2 year old along with a 6 year old as well. The place is awesomely beautiful and peacefully quiet , its got its own parking where we could park 3 mid-sized SUV’s. Other than the amenities mentioned Lynne had also provided us with basic breakfast materials as well which was ready to use. The kitchen had all the utensils and the whole house was very well maintained. She has been really good with the response on messages as well and also had a file with all the information about the Local surroundings as well. The place felt like home as soon as we arrived and we were 3 separate families staying in there. I would without doubt recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit. Also would like to mention that this is a very child friendly place and there were baby gates on staircases as well

This lovely large farm house was perfect for our NYE family get together. Lynne's communication was excellent and she had thought of providing all the essentials and extra on top of that! The house was clean and finished to a high standard making it a lovely place to relax and enjoy time together. The log burner made for a cosy snug/lounge and the children loved the tree-fort and garden. We made good use of the large kitchen (which had all we needed for cooking for a dinner party!) and dining room. There are also some lovely walks out from the house... we found a particularly nice one around Underbank reservoir! I would highly recommend booking this accommodation!
