What a lovely house! Great home base with nice touches for our arrival. Lovely surroundings, comfy sofas and beds, lots of space, great kitchen. Great place for children with stair gates and travel cot if needed. Lovely gas fire. Nice quiet location, in small village but with neighbours so you're not completely isolated. Jamie was very attentive and responsive and sent pictures of the cot ahead of time, our car broke down on the way and they tried to help us with garage suggestions, even gave us a late checkout to give us time needed to get car sorted. Everything we look for in an airbnb!

A beautiful house, perfect for a family stay. Clean, welcoming, very well equipped with generous welcome gifts on arrival. Plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. A very short walk into the village with 2 friendly pubs and a cute community shop and cafe. Great walks direct from the house as well as the whole of the Brecon Beacons to explore. Jamie shared recommendations of things to do and places to eat and responded quickly to any communication.

Jamie’s place is wonderful. Spotlessly clean with a great kitchen, cosy living room and very comfy beds. Super spacious too. The car porch was perfect with the added bonus of a back entry into the kitchen. Two pubs in the village were very welcoming and the new community shop was great for a couple of things we needed. All within five minutes walk. Jamie supplied tons of info about the surrounding area which meant no need to surf the internet to find out what to do!! All in all a perfect getaway in a gorgeous cottage. Thanks Jamie.

Jamie’s place was exactly what we were looking for. It was cosy, clean, easy to access, peaceful. The beds were comfy and downstairs area was spacious. The lake nearby is worth a visit, just a 15 minute walk away. There were 2 local pubs, we tried the Red Lion which was lovely. It’s not too far from other villages and towns, too. We visited Talgarth, Hay on Wye and Crickhowell and it was easy with a car. I would absolutely recommend to others and would book Jamie’s place again.
