Ours is a studio apartment located directly across the road from gold medal trout water on the South Platte River. The entire apartment has been updated and offers peace and quiet along with a quarter mile of private river access. This is a get away perfect for fly fishermen. My wife and I live in the ranch house across the road and are always available to answer questions and share information about the area. The apartment has a new kitchen and a full-size murphy bed. There is an outside space with table and chairs and a lovely, private meadow for your enjoyment. During your stay you can enjoy fly fishing on one of the best trout streams in Colorado as well as kayaking, tubing, hiking and mountain biking. The listing allows for up to 4 people however it would be small for 4 adults but suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
