This lovely home is perfect for anyone wanting to disconnect - like, really disconnect. As advertised, there is no wifi and cell coverage is spotty. But if that's what the doctor ordered, you will be comfortable and happy in this beautiful, quiet, peaceful spot. The only (and I mean the only) noise was the wind blowing over the stove pipe used to heat the place. The kitchen has decent cookware and actually useful tools (not the bendy, useless IKEA knives in so many Airbnbs). Town is a quick drive with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment if you need to get out. Star gazing is epic.

I absolutely loved staying here! It had everything my kids and I needed and more. The view is beautiful and we really enjoyed all of the wildlife! I would stay here again for sure!

It was most pleasant to return to Tim's cabin! Again, we found the cabin was very clean and welcoming. Tim was most helpful when arranging for the neighbors to plow the driveway after a snowfall in time for us to get to the slopes. Wonderful place and most accommodating host. We are lucky to find this gem!

We loved Tim’s place! Hidden in the quiet neighborhood yet just a short drive away from both Salida and Monarch Mountain, this place was a perfect location for skiing and enjoying a restaurant / brewery later. House was very modern and open, clean and clutter-free, filled with sunlight. Kitchen had everything we needed, sharp knives were especially appreciated! Kids had plenty of board games & LEGOs and were for once forced to stay off grid. Tim was very responsive and overall, a wonderful host. We highly recommend this place!
