Couldn’t recommend more highly! Blown away by the amenities, great location, such a lovely village and easy access to great walks. We were sad to not be staying for longer. Can’t believe how reasonably priced it was for the wonderful experience. We’re keen to come back for longer!

The place is located in a quaint little village, close to the local pub, which makes lovely food, and to the grocery shop. Lovely walks all around and easy to drive to the Lakes. The barn is really sweet and cozy. It’s got all you need and more, a dishwasher! John and Isabelle were responsive and friendly, all went smoothly. We highly recommend their place. Thanks again for having us.

Had an amazing time at John and Isabelle’s lovely barn! Really responsive hosts who made us feel right at home. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed! Lovely walks to the northern fells and a great pub close by! Will be back

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Check in was easy and the barn was perfect for me and my two daughters. The area is beautiful and a lovely little pub just across the road.

Lovely stay at the barn - we approached as if we were going camping (but left the camping stove and tent at home!) which meant that the luxuries (lovely hot shower/tv/comfy beds/warm duvets) were bonuses. I think this was they to a great stay. Make sure to take warm clothes and pyjamas ☺️ We explored the local area - cafe at PriestMill was lovely. We didbt feel hugely welcome in the local pub (Oddfellow Arms) so we hope other guests have more luck. Can recommend pub at Hesket Newmarket nearby. Would definitely recommend this glamping experience.
