We stayed at the Pond House for a few days in April and it was such a relaxing get away! I can't say enough great things about the house, it was clean and comfy with all the amenities. Being right there on the pond was absolutely beautiful, I wish we had more time and warmer weather. Definitely will be planning a trip back in season. I am a frequent visitor to The Cape and this trip was my favorite because of the Pond House and it's location. Luther and Lauren are great hosts, very responsive with communicating and providing information. Thank you from my daughter and I - we had a wonderful time!!
The Pond House is just where we needed to be to regroup and connect. The beauty, the quiet and the nature were perfectly aligned for a perfect stay. The house was clean and comfortable with all the accommodations we needed. Beyond that the hosts were super-responsive despite my inability to read through the end of all emails 😳. My kids loved fishing off the dock and my dog was in her glory sniffing every inch of the property. The Pond House is also centrally located to tons of things - Chatham, the lighthouse beach, great restaurants, state parks and beaches. Can’t wait to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks.
Everything was as described. Amazing views of the pond and lots of awesome places to eat within driving distance. The weather was crappy but we still had fun. Would definitely book again.
Peaceful, private house with a sweet dock on the pond and a mossy yard. We cooked some good meals, made a fire in the fire pit, and took the kayaks out for a spin. Good blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Needed to bring our own linens and restock some basics during our stay (TP, oil, dishwasher pods). Recommend a visit if you’re looking for a cozy place to relax on the Cape!
We had a very enjoyable and peaceful time at this property. It's like you have a little piece of nature refuge all to yourself. The lake is beautiful and peaceful. The sky is full of stars at night. We had a wonderful stay, even in the off season for Cape Cod!

自我介绍
I hold an economics degree from Cornell University with concentrations in Architecture and Geology. I am a longtime Commercial Fisherman currently longlining on my own boat for spiny dogfish out of Chatham Fish Pier. Our family owns and operates The Nines Art Gallery in downtown Harwich Port showing Lauren's large-scale original oil paintings of glass and water and my at-sea photography. I'm also a custom woodworker and spray finish expert at our family cabinet shop. We have 2 girls currently in the regional middle school, who help my Mom manage the turnovers at our family cottage. I play ice hockey and ping pong, and I enjoy recreational freshwater fishing and crossword puzzles.
