While everyone else was price gouging during the International Balloon Fiesta, Cliff rented out a beautiful place at a good price. He was communicative, available, and helpful. Beautiful property at a beautiful location.

This house was tucked up a little north of Albuquerque and also not too far from Santa Fe. The neighborhood was charming and private with stunning views. We visited the Balloon Festival and it was only about a 12 minute drive. We enjoyed the casitas as one house with 6 people and it was a very comfortable stay.

My family had a wonderful time staying as this property. Cliff (host) was very warm, welcoming, and responsive. The house was beautiful. It has natural light all around to view the beautiful sunrise and sunset. It's nice, clean, and cozy. It was perfect for our family. It is conveniently located in all local attractions. Our family had a great time. Would definitely recommend it.
