Blondina place is located on the east coast of the island which is very peaceful, with just one minute walk to the beach. The place matched the description and was clean and spacious. Blondina is a great host and was doing her best to make us feel accommodated. The place is well equipped but the house in general is quite old and gets quite hot during the day.

This is the most beautiful cottage ! If you like simple and real ! The kitchen could be better equipped . There is a lot of things missing or not working . Only real problem is the construction that is taking place right in front of the place . There are trucks and heavy machinery working all day long . Dust flying and noise levels that you can’t make a phone call or even have one relaxing minute .

Maison de plage, idéalement placée sur le village de Bathesheba. Arrivée autonome, échanges réactifs avec le propriétaire. Un chantier vient de commencer devant la maison ce qui a légèrement perturbé nos vacances et la vue. La maison reste très fonctionnelle avec la plages de quelques mètres.

This cottage was perfect for our group, a mix of surfers and non-surfers. There was plenty for all in Bathsheba--more limited but way more peaceful than the resort areas. The house itself was clean, comfortably sized for our group of 5 and as advertised (pretty and no frills). Blondina left us a lovely welcome basket and was a responsive host, though we didn't need to ask for anything: Everything was easy. Note that three of the bedrooms are connected, and the smallest one requires passing through one of the others, so take that into account when planning your sleeping arrangements. The house sits right on the road--which you especially notice when a bus careens around the corner--but the street is not busy and very pleasant. It's a short one-minute walk down to Soup Bowl to the north or Parlour/Mushroom Rock to the south. A little market up Cleaver's Hill made it easy to get staple food/beverage items and not eat out for every meal. And that porch! Love it. We will be back!

Amazing location. Smooth and easy check in. If you are a surfer, this is the spot. 3 min walk to soup bowl. Easy walk to all the restrauants too. Blondina is super responsive.
