The Elgin Valley has much to offer for all ages from outdoor activities like hiking through the natural fynbos vegetation to adventurous Ziplining through the mountains. It is the home of many sought after mountain biking trails as well as trail running events. There are also a variety of gourmet restaurants and farmstall offering the best of locally produced country fare. If quaffing wine while overlooking spectacular scenery of the vineyards and orchards that make up our landscape tickle your fancy, then this is the place for you! Elgin is well known for its cool climate wines that are unique to this area.
But whether your preference is being active and adventurous or just coming to relax in peace and lap up the tranquility surrounding the apple and pear orchards, you are guaranteed to find something that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and coming back again for more!

Guests are welcome to walk around the farm, there is a 3km walk that takes you through the orchards and to small lovely viewing spots. Take note that the farm is hilly, so comfortable walking shoes that have a good grip are recommended. There are other places to hike in the Elgin Valley.
