Very quiet and safe community. Renovated, beautiful well lit home. Business community located in the heart of Westchester Square, near mass public transportation, restaurants/bars, shopping center/stores, supermarkets, major pharmacies, hospitals, banks, gym, near and easy access to major highways. This a peaceful and centrally-located place. Perfect for traveling nurses and medical students working at the Albert Einstein Medical Center (Montefiore Hospital). This a private single room, with smart TV. There is a microwave and fridge (3rd floor) for your convenience use.

Very quite safe and culturally diverse community. We have within walking distance a variety of local businesses and restaurants to choose from Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Latin, fast food restaurants and more.
We are 8 minutes walking distance from the teaching hospital of Albert Einstein’s Medical Center.( Montefiore)
We are near the main attractions of the Bronx. The Bronx Zoo is one of the most famous in the world and is only 2.5 miles away.
The Botanical Garden is 3.4 miles away.
The Yankee Stadium is 5.5 miles away.
City Island, Ochard Beach, and Pelham Bay Split Rock Golf Course within 4-6 miles away.
We are near public transportation to get around the Bronx and into the city. Buses are a block away and the #6 train is only7-8 minutes walking distance.
