It was a challenge to leave this morning! My husband and I had an incredible time! The cottage is adorable, the location and views are amazing, and communicating with Susan was a breeze! My husband and I enjoyed sipping our morning coffee outside and watching the ships go by. We rented a pontoon boat while up there and found the house to be in a perfect location to either go into Clayton or ABay very easily! At the end of the day we sat in front of the fire outside and had some wine and watched even more ships go by!! :) The cottage is super cute and we felt right at home. Susan sent us a very detailed list on where everything was etc and quickly responded when we had questions. My only regret with this place was having to leave! We are already talking about when to return next Fall :) This place is a gem and the host couldn't be more pleasant. Can't wait to come back!
This was our second year renting the Sea Angell, and it's my favorite Airbnb that I've stayed in. It is so cozy and charming. It feels just like home. The island is beautiful, with stunning sunsets and fantastic views of the big ships going by. The Sea Angell is VERY well stocked, and the kitchen has even been upgraded this year with a new oven that includes an air fryer and a larger refrigerator. The beds are super comfortable. I also love that it's dog friendly! Our pup loves running free around the island, exploring and sniffing away. We can't wait for our return next year!
Susan was a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying here! Her place made you feel right at home and the private was very peaceful and private. Also, the views were spectacular! I would stay here again!
Very much enjoyed our stay! The location could not be better for exploring the 1000 islands, visiting Clayton and observing the international ships passing through. We also really enjoyed the original, vintage aspects of the cottage and are truly grateful to the owners for sharing their place. Wonderful experience!
Where to start…this place is a real gem! So quaint and cozy..feels like home. Susan was so responsive to any questions and genuinely cares about you having a great stay. The house had many supplies already there so that if you did forget something it more then likely was available. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. The location..it just cannot be beat! Close to the marina, just a couple minutes by boat. Easy to Foxy’s for a nice dinner. Honestly though, we hardly wanted to leave the island. The stone beach was perfect for some water time, the fire pit was nice in the evening, laying in the hammock letting the breeze cool you off, the fishing..I could go on and on. We have already booked for next year because we loved it so much!
