Questo è il posto perfetto in cui soggiornare quando si visita Pisa, al centro di tutto, puoi camminare ovunque ed esplorare la città molto facilmente. L'appartamento è molto pulito, confortevole e spazioso. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro de Pisa, a dos pasos del rio, en una plaza llena de bares y restaurantes, eso si, los fines de semana no esperes tranquilidad porque es una zona de mucho ambiente. Es estupendo para familias, ya que es muy grande y espacioso, fuimos con un bebé de un año y medio y Nicoletta se preocupó mucho por poner protección a la barandilla de arriba, cosa que me pareció muy bonito y detallista de su parte. A tener en cuenta que hay que subir un piso y medio por escaleras ya que no hay ascensor, pero son llevaderas. Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para una buena estancia. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

I stayed for four weeks at this apartment, it was perfect for me, right in the city center. The apartment is just like in the pictures, very nice. Though, keep your expectations low for the furniture, it's very basic. Still, I found the bed very comfortable. Street noise is indeed an issue, crowds gather in the square specially at the weekend (this was winter, may be more often in warmer weather), the windows block most of the noise, but still it's not quite in the living room. But this background noise does not reach the bedroom, which faces the other side of the building. What bothered me in the bedroom was the noise of random people walking by, but this is probably an issue anywhere downtown. Gaia was always very helpful and quick to react to any of my inquiries.
