Natasha was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful and responsive. we had a bit of an issue on check-in but Natasha was able to sort it no trouble at all, despite it being Christmas Eve. The house was as listed, although the tiny house in the front garden was closer than we had expected. we didn't mind but it did make it a little awkward on occasion when we went for a walk and had to go past the tiny house guests. The property is in a beautiful location and extremely peaceful.The beds were very very comfortable and the sheets were lovely. The house is a little older than we expected, which is not a bad thing at all but we probably focused a little too much attention on the photos with the updated kitchen / bathroom so felt disappointed on arrival. The biggest let down was the price. it felt overpriced for what we got, even though everything was fine, nothing was incredible and the price point made it feel underwhelming which I think was a disservice to the house.

We loved our stay st The Ridgeway. My children felt comfortable and at home. The beds were warm and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was lovely too. We will definitely stay again.
