*boat tickets available to transfer to renters 8/4-8/11* Beautiful three bedroom home with beach access on Menemsha Pond. Beach is private with only a few families having access. Incredible pond and ocean views with amazing sunset views. Large parking area. Large yards surrounding the house. Very secluded. House has a grill, a patio with dining area, patio with lounge chairs and hammock, and an outdoor shower. House has washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV with satellite. The location is very private. The house is surrounded on all sides by large yards. You drive down a long drive way to get to the house which sits atop a hill overlooking Menemsha Pond. For the week that includes July 4th, we have boat tickets for Sunday to Sunday that we can transfer to week long renters.

We loved our stay and highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Martha's Vineyard. The pictures don't even do the property justice - The views of Menemsha pond were stunning and the yard was large and flat, perfect for yard games or just hanging out enjoying the weather. It's an easy walk down to the beach which was quiet and private. Chilmark was definitely the quieter side of the island so if you are looking for a relaxing stay, this is your spot!

I’ve been coming to MV for years and this is the most beautiful area I’ve stayed, hands down. The private beach is an incredible place to hang out or kayak, the view is outstanding and the bunnies & deer running around the field made the trip feel pretty magical. If you like to cook, the kitchen has a great Le Creuset set that was a really nice touch, and watching the sunset from that patio over some fish tacos is pretty much my version of heaven.
