from the moment we walked in the cottage smelt fresh and clean, not artificially scented and headachey! so clean. we chose it as a base to explore York from as a neurodiverse family the quiet was essential after a day in the city and the whole family loved it. it's on their farm and they live on site so I imagine it would have been easy to get hold of them, but we had no need to, and despite that it was very private, the court yard shared only with the other holiday cottage and no overlooked by the main house.

Great stay in a lovely little cottage that had everything we needed and was just a hop skip and a jump from family and friends. Ticked all the boxes.

All good thanks. A varying group of us stayed over christmas and were in and out while visiting relatives in nearby villages.

Lovely cottage , very clean and warm. Christmas tree and decorations were a nice touch.
