Catherine’s place was very tidy and as advertised. We really enjoyed the private beach at low tide and how far you can walk out! Great for kids or senior citizens

Catherine’s cottage exceeded our expectations! It was the perfect amount of space for our family and comfortably laid out - including the outdoor shower (which was a perk;). It was extremely clean and well furnished with kitchen supplies and extra towels, bedding, beach chairs, games and more. Also plenty of parking and easy walkable access to the ocean. She communicated prior to our visit and was available for any questions we may have had. The cottage was vey peaceful with a wonderful ocean view. Definitely a five star review!!! Will be making this an annual vacation for sure!

Perfect Cape location for a trip with my wife and two toddlers. Especially good for kids because it is on the bay, which has calm waters and sand flats/tide pools at low tide. The cottage is a stone’s throw from the beach so it is easy to get back for a snack or a nap. There was hardly anyone around in mid-June so we just left our stuff right on the beach. Brewster is centrally located so it is a terrific launching point for exploring the rest of the Cape.
